The Async Team Workshop · No accounts · No server · Nothing uploaded

Every contribution, credited automatically.

Run the CoreQuest sequence with your team, asynchronously. Each answer is recorded with its author's name and time the moment it's written — credit enforced by format, not by policy. Your session lives in a file your team owns; nothing here is sent anywhere.

How the async flow works: ① Enter your name and add your answers. ② Export the session file and put it in your team's shared drive (or send it on). ③ The next person imports it, reads everyone's attributed answers — often the best prompt for their own — and adds theirs, building on others where it clicks. ④ When the round feels done, generate the outputs below. Importing several files at once merges parallel rounds automatically.

Running this with a team? The Session Guide covers both team workflows — the relay and the parallel fan-out — plus an AI merge prompt that consolidates duplicate answers from parallel sessions and combines the credit.

Step 1 · Who's contributing

Your name is attached to every answer you add. That's the point.

Step 2 · Session setup

Step 3 · The sequence — worksheets 1–11, in order

Read what's already here before adding your own — other people's answers are the best prompt for yours. If a colleague's note sparks something, use Build on this so the chain of credit is recorded too. Worksheets 12–14 (messaging, positioning, journey) are deliberately not here: that work belongs to the marketing team afterward, with reflection time — this tool hands them a head start in the outputs below. Worksheet 15, the AI Context Pack, is generated for you automatically.

Step 4 · Outputs

Turn the session into working documents.

MARKETING DRAFTS ARE NOT FOR GENERAL DISTRIBUTION. The messaging first pass below is raw material for the marketing team to review, edit and approve — per the method, messaging is never finished by committee.

Session file (.json)

The living record — every answer with its author. Share it on; the next contributor imports it here.

AI Context Pack (.md)

The nine-section grounding document for your AI tools, with every insight attributed inline and Section 9 (Contributors & Provenance) assembled automatically.

Marketing first pass (.md) — draft

A rough positioning statement and pillar candidates assembled from the session's answers, gaps bracketed. Watermarked for marketing review only.

AI drafting prompt

The full session data wrapped in drafting instructions. Marketing pastes it into their own Claude or GPT to produce the messaging grid and value props — then reviews, edits, approves.
